Apply to be a Food Vendor at the Rendlesham Show

The variety of caterers invited to attend is to ensure that there is a good choice of food to suit different budgets and dietary needs; this variety of supplier ensures there is no duplication of food type e.g. if you sell pizza, you will be the only pizza supplier at the show. From experience, we know that our visitor numbers are sufficient to give all the caterers good business. Please be advised your booking must be confirmed by the Events Coordinator.

• Site access is available from 15:00 on Friday 7th June and 7.30am on Saturday 8th June 2024. Please confirm ETA prior to the event with Ellie Hutchinson, Events Coordinator.
• Catering related vehicles must be in place and ready for service by 16:30 on Friday 7h June and by 10:30 on Saturday 8th June. They cannot be moved until after 20:30 on Saturday 8th unless a request is made on the attached form to leave after 17:00.
• The site plan for the show ensures that all caterers are highly visible in a designated food court.
• Pitch area is 4m x 4m. Double pitches (4m x 8m).
• Caterers must provided their own power supply and all the equipment they need.
• Caterers must collect any rubbish/waste they generate at their point of sale and must remove this off site after the show. Food vendors are asked to use recyclable items where possible in line with Rendlesham’s Climate Action Strategy. Pitch related rubbish is required to be taken home and disposed of responsibly.
• All health and safety requirements must be adhered to fully, including provision of allergy information. Food Vendors will only be accepted with a food hygiene score of 5.
• Temporary Demountable Structures - All built structures are required to be fit for purpose, weighted down effectively and not pose any H&S risks to the public or stall holders in attendance – especially in poor weather conditions. If deemed unsafe on inspection you will be asked to take it down.
• Caterers are able to have an additional vehicle in the temporary pitch related car park on site, providing the vehicle registration is submitted by 24th May; Vehicle movement in and out is supervised by EA-CAT and supervised by Marshalls. Please do not leave without a Marshall directing you.
• Picnic benches and bins are provided for visitors. The former are positioned close to caterers.
• Additional paperwork must be sent with the attached form. If there is a document which is due for renewal near the date of the show please send the updated documents as soon as you are able to and inform us of their current absence. If you have joined us as a catering company in 2023 there is no need to resend these documents if not expired

All catering companies need to be booked by 1st April 2024 to be listed in the Show programme.

On receipt of your completed booking form (and confirmation for the Events Coordinator), your business will be advertised on www.RendleshamShow.co.uk and added to the show programme. Please note, you only have one opportunity to go on the website, help us get it right first time by providing all the right information at the time of submission. Please send the below listed information:
o 1 high definition image (clear logo or a photo in PNG or JPG that best represents your catering company)
o 100 words to best describe your catering company (word count not including title)
