Sponsorship and Support Opportunities

Join a winning team!

We love what we do and it shows! With nine shows now under our belt, we can proudly say that the Rendlesham Country Show has become the highlight of the year in our village and the surrounding areas. We are fortunate that so many local and regional organisations recognise all the hard work and effort that goes into organising the show and can support us financially which means we can deliver even more to our visitors.

The Show enjoys a well deserved reputation among visitors, traders and entertainers alike for being exceptionally well-organised and well-attended. In recognition of its success and continual growth in terms of size and visitor numbers, the Parish Council took the decision to take the Show and its promotion to a whole new level.

As part of this initiative, we launched our very own Rendlesham Country Show website and dedicated social media platforms where we aim to not only inform and engage with visitors to the Show, but take the opportunity to work with and promote all the organisations and businesses that make the Show so very special.

With attendance figures rising every year and predictions for an audience in excess of 4,000 visitors this year, the Rendlesham Country Show is a very exciting way to showcase your local or regional business or organisation not just at the event but also during the months leading up to the 2024 Show.

Please explore our website to see how we are already promoting those businesses who have committed to the 2024 Show. Below are some examples of how we can do the same for you. If you're in any doubt, please read the lovely comments left by just a few of our wonderful friends below. If you would like to discuss 2025 sponsorship of volunteering opportunities please email: events@rendleshampc.org.uk

Sponsorship Packages

If you are a business owner who would be interested in sponsoring the 2025 Show, please get in touch. In return we will promote your business on our website, social media. We have 4 levels of packages available this year - get in touch to find out which package suits you before they all fill up!
Draw Prizes
The Grand Draw is a very exciting part of the Show and would not be possible without the generosity of prize donors. All prize donors will be listed on the Grand Draw page of our website, featured in the Show programme and promoted via social media channels.
Volunteering
The Rendlesham Country Show would simply not happen without a small but dedicated team of volunteers who work all year round to make the show the popular event that it is. However, with the success of the Show comes the requirement for more manpower, whether it's delivering programmes, marshalling on the day or helping set up Jubilee Park in the days before. We are always keen to hear from new volunteers who would like to be part of this great success story. You are never too late to get involved. Please contact us via events@rendleshampc.org.uk for further information.

Our Supporters and Sponsors

Rendlesham Parish Council
The Rendlesham Country Show would not be possible without the major funding, set aside by Rendlesham Parish Council in its annual budget, for events such as the Show, Easter, Fireworks and Christmas Events. The Council provides an annual sum so that the infrastructure (marquee, toilets, stage etc) can be hired and attractions such as the bouncy castles can be booked by the Parish Council's Events Coordinator. The Rendlesham Show has always strived to be affordable to our visitors by not charging on entry and covering costs of Face Painting as well as other heavily discounted features.

The sum for the 2024 show is £5,000. The Rendlesham Show Community Engagement Team are essential to enabling big changes to the Show. The Parish Council manage all the income and expenditure for the show. Any money that is made remains in Parish Council Funds to provide additional recreational facilities for Rendlesham. This year surplus funds will be put forward to vote for the most appropriate local community project. In the past, contributions have been made to the Rendlesham Community Food Garden, Forthcoming Allotments Association, Outdoor Gym in Jubilee Park, the All-Weather Football Pitch and the Skate Park.

With your help, we will be adding to that magnificent sum this year and earmarking funds for another local project. If you would like to be included in the voting process nominate your chosen project by contacting events@rendleshampc.org.uk with your proposal by 26th August 2024 - successful proposals will be considered for vote in the September Full Council meeting on Monday 9th September at 19:30.

The 2024 show planning team have also requested that a portion of funds raised be donated to EA-CAT, a charitable organisation, who are also very necessary to the show. Every year since 2016, EA-CAT members have managed the movement and parking of cars associated with the show – no mean feat as you will know! With Council approval, it has been agreed to donate 10% or £300, whichever is the greater, to EA-CAT.

“A huge congratulations to you all for putting on another fantastic show and a huge thanks to all those involved. We've had a lot of feedback from friends and customers, who've been telling us that it's been the best show so far.

You've all done a remarkable job pulling off such a large and well organised show, the communication was excellent, the theme worked really well and it's great to see fresh new ideas and you all building on the success of previous years.

We also wanted to extend a special thank you to Ellie. She's been a pleasure to work with and has done a top-notch job.
Chris Burness, The Tavern - 2023

As a former Rendlesham residents we have been attending the show since it first began and this is our second show serving from our food trailer and it is so good to see that it just keeps growing and getting better and better each year. We certainly don’t envy your job Ellie but we have to say you have done it once again to such a high standard with great organisation."

"I just wanted to say thank you so much for inviting us to perform on what proved to be a magnificent day! We all had so much fun.

I would also like to take the time to say how the organisation of not only the day but everything leading up to it was absolutely fantastic. Yourself and everybody who pulled together to organise such an event should be so proud, I cannot praise you all highly enough. Everything ran so seamlessly and it was such a positive atmosphere, just amazing!

Once again, thank you so much and we would love to perform for you next year if we can."
Chloe Kinrade, Chloe Kinrade School of Dance
“Yum Yum Tree Fudge Ltd would like to say a massive thank you to all the Organisers and Council for hosting this event, it was hugely successful for us and it has just got better every year.

As a company we do about 80 events across the region and I have to say this is one of the best for us in terms of organisation, value for money and sales.

It is also a joy to do. Thank you once again!”
Adrian Turner, Yum Yum Tree Fudge
"We had a good day, you seemed to have got a very professional and well run show, and you must have done something right as there were so many people there.

Well done you."
Sue Haresnape, River Cruise Restaurants
"I just wanted to say thanks for being so quick to react to the changes in weather and adapting set-up for everyone.

It was an unknown for all of us caterers, as none of us wanted to have a load of stock left due to low attendance or extreme weather, but between us, we all got on just fine. It’s amazing to see the support
you get from the community, and you should see the commitment of those attending yesterday as a testament to your efforts in arranging the day."
Nathan, Caterer

EA-CAT is a Suffolk-based registered charity consisting of volunteers, available to be called upon by the Emergency Services to use their all-terrain vehicles to get to less accessible locations and to assist communities wherever possible.
